International Day of Yoga w/ The Wellness Refinery

Join us in celebration of The International Day of Yoga at Matter Park. This free event is for everyone in our community, regardless of experience level to raise global awareness of the benefits of yoga. We will unite for one hour of yoga and meditation, followed by one hour of park clean-up.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We will have a limited amount of mats available for use.

Trash bags and gloves will be handed out.
